Today we needed help with what we thought was a blocked sewer. We were referred to Bailey through American Water. Andrew was our technician. He arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable about our problem. He identified the issue, did the work and resolved the problem. We are very pleased with every aspect of our service call today and highly recommend this company.

Tech Andrew Stinemire was dispatched to my property for a sewer line back up. The issue was accessed from the outside. Andrew called before he started to explain everything thoroughly. After job was finished he followed up with another phone call. Andrews comportment was nothing short of stellar. I have used many plumbers and unfortunately they rush you off the phone. A lot of plumbers act as if they are doing you a favor. Not Andrew! He talked to me like an old friend and made sure I understood everything. We need more plumbers like him. He understands very well that ultimately this is a service business and the customer needs to be treated with deference and respect

Sewer backed up. Panic among the troops. Michael from Bailey came right out, updating us on his ETA via text. One LOOOOOONG snake later, our system was unclogged. I enjoyed talking with Michael as well, gave me a few tips to try to eliminate (no pun!) this issue in future. Thanks Michael!!

"Oliver your Technician was Super Professional"

Hi Everyone... I just want to thank Bailey's for sending out Oliver to fix my Shower. Oliver was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. The cost of the repairs was expensive, but unfortunately the piece that needed replacing was Old and impossible to remove from the outside unit. I know Oliver tried to keep costs down. We want to thank him for all his hard work. We think it was worth every penny. We now have a Nice hot shower. We certainly can't live without that. Thanks Bailey Plumbing... Have a Good Day.!!😁

I had Hunter Murray and his 2 helpers come out to my home today to fix a main water line. From the second they arrive they were professional and did a wonderful job. They fix the problem and cleaned up the mess and left my property looking like it was cleaned by the landscapers. I would highly recommend Bailey to anyone who needs a plumber. Also the office staff was great and professional. You can see the everyone enjoys where they work.

The technician, Andrew, was friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing with the repair. It ended up being a little more work than initially anticipated because the pipes were old.
